VANCOUVER, British Columbia — Port employees in British Columbia have declined a moderated agreement deal implied to end a labor disagreement that stopped products from moving in and out of harbors, consistingof at Canada’s busiest port in Vancouver.

In a letter published on the union’s site late Friday, International Longshore and Warehouse Union Canada President Rob Ashton stated employees in the province are now calling on their companies to “come to the table” and workout straight, rather of doing so through the BC Maritime Employ
