As duplicated cases of scams, with trip business dumping their customers, continue to ravage outbound trip organizations, the Thai Travel Agents Association (TTAA) is calling for more reliable laws to secure both companies and customers. This week the Tourism Department withdrawed the licences of 5 wholesale trip operators after they did not conduct trips to Japan as dedicated to retail trip operators and travelers, triggering damage approximated at 14 million baht including 400 victims.
