Trade Minister Penny Mordaunt took 2nd location, while Foreign Secretary Liz Truss was 3rd and ex-Equalities Minister Kemi Badenoch was 4th. The 4 staying prospects go to another round of ballot on Tuesday. The field will be cut to 2 on Wednesday, with Conservative Party members then having the last state. The placements were the verysame as in the 2nd round of ballot last Thursday, however Mr Sunak selected up 14 more votes, Ms Badenoch 9 and Ms Truss 7. Ms Mordaunt’s assistance dropped by one vote, as did Mr Tugendhat’s.
