Russian air defenses on Tuesday foiled a Ukrainian drone attack on Moscow that triggered authorities to briefly close one of the city’s global airports, authorities stated, as a Western analysis stated that Russia has handled to sluggish Kyiv’s justrecently released counteroffensive.
