Russian Oil Flows Halted Through Pipeline to Central Europe

Russian unrefined streams through Ukraine to Hungary, Slovakia and the Czech Republic were stopped last week after sanctions avoided payment of the transit charge, according to Russia’s pipeline operator Transneft PJSC.
