Southwest Airlines is attempting to repair its relationship with tourists who got stuck by canceled flights over the vacations

DALLAS — Southwest Airlines is attempting to make tourists who were captured in its rise of canceled flights over the vacations feel a bit muchbetter about the airlinecompany by offering them 25,000 frequent-flyer points.
