MADRID — Mirroring demonstrations throughout Europe, thousands of farmers in Spain staged a 2nd day of tractor presentations on Wednesday throughout the nation, obstructing highways to need modifications in European Union farming policies and procedures to battle production cost walkings and serious dryspell.
