ISTANBUL — The guv of Turkey’s main bank has resigned just months after taking workplace inthemiddleof claims of inappropriate usage of power and household disturbance in the functions of the monetary organizations.
Hafize Gaye Erkan who took over as main bank guv in June was the bank’s initially woman chief. She revealed her resignation on social media platform X, previously Twitter, late Friday, stating she was a victim of a “character assassination project” and would resign to extra her household more suffering.
