A British cops officer is under criminal examination over an event at Manchester Airport in which a suspect was kicked and stamped on throughout an arrest, the authorities guarddog states.
“We can validate we are performing a criminal examination into the usage of force throughout occasions which took location on 23 July at Manchester Airport. We are settingup to interview a authorities constable under criminal care as quickly as possible,” Regional Director Catherine Bates of the Independent Office for Police Conduct (IOPC) stated in a declaration on Friday.
