The offenders, Dallas Erin Humber and Matthew Robert Allison, were recognized on Monday, days after they were detained.
They face 15 federal counts in California, consistingof charges of getting hate criminalactivities and the murder of federal authorities, distributing bomb-making directions and conspiring to offer product assistance to terrorists.
Humber, 34, of Elk Grove, California, and Allison, 37, of Boise, Idaho were apprehended on Friday. It was not instantly clear if either had a legalrepresentative who might speak on his behalf.
