The fit submitted in the U.S. District Court for the Western District of Washington declares the event caused veryfirst and second-degree burns, according to KING. The flight attendant put the cup on a slanted tray; it moved right off and spilled hot coffee into the female’s lap. The fit declares the injuries were made evenworse since the cabin team were dismissive of how severely the lady was burned and declined to ask if there was a medicalprofessional onboard. They informed her to get altered and provided her a bag of ice. Mark Lindquist, the female’s lawyer, stated in a declaration:

“This coffee was exceedingly hot, method beyond market requirements. Even the ER medicalprofessional was stunned that coffee this hot was served on an aircraft.”

The flight attendants’ seriousness altered when they infact saw the female’s burns. This event conjures memories of the McDonald’s hot coffee suit or the public criticism of the case. Many pointed to the 1994 claim for how frivolously Americans reward the legal system. However, McDonald’s served 79-year-old Stella Liebeck coffee that was at least 180 degrees. It spilled in her lap and she suffered third-degree burns. I like hot coffee as much as the next guy, however I wear’t requirement it almost boiling.
