U.S. Small Business Administration (SBA) Administrator Isabel Casillas Guzman revealed an contract with India’s Ministry of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) intended at conditioning partnership inbetween the 2 countries to promote little service involvement in the international market.
