Instead of dealingwith a management function as an endless sprint, CEOs oughtto technique their period as a series of 3 stages. Act one needs a leader to develop authenticity, construct a leading group, and start to interact and execute a modification program. Act 2 needs reviewing numerous of the options made throughout the earlier stage, fixing errors, and reenergizing the company. Act 3 consists of connecting up loose ends and setting the phase for an organized shift. Leaders who method their time with these stages in mind tend to be more effective.
