Grilled Lime Prawns with Pineapple Salsa

Prawns marinaded in vibrant lime juice, garlic & spices are grilled to excellence. The revitalizing pineapple salsa includes sweettaste and tanginess



Ingredients

  • 500g prawns, peeled & deveined
  • Juice 2 limes
  • 3 tablespoon olive oil
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • ½ tsp cayenne pepper
  • Salt & pepper, to taste
  • 1 cup fresh pineapple, diced
  • ½ red capsicum, diced
  • ¼ red onion, carefully diced
  • 3 tablespoon marinaded jalapeños, sliced
  • Juice 1 lime
  • 2 tablespoon fresh coriander, sliced
  • Salt, to taste


Method

  • In a bowl, integrate the lime juice, olive oil, minced garlic, paprika, cayenne pepper, salt and pepper. Mix well to produce a marinade.
  • Place the prawns in a shallow meal and put the marinade over them.
