Lime & Coriander Barbecue Prawns

Is there anything muchbetter than prawns on the barbie in summertime? For this dish you can purchase cutlets with tails if you choose.
Ingredients
- 14 raw prawns
- Juice 1 lime
- 1 tsp sumac
- Few stalks coriander, sliced
- 1 tablespoon chilli-infused olive oil
- 1 clove garlic
- Mixed salad leaves, to serve
Method
- Heat barbecue over medium flame.
- Place all activeingredients in a bowl and enable to marinade for a coupleof minutes
- Place on the grill. Cook for 2 mins, turn and cook for 2–3 more minutes.
- Serve with salad leaves.
- Note: Make sure you getridof the poop chute in the prawn.
