Ravioli Bake

For those who love lasagne and pastas, this is a fast and simple on-the-go meal you can whip up as you get everybody arranged for after-school activities, or the night priorto as it reheats completely.



Ingredients

  • 2 tsp dried Italian herbs
  • Salt & pepper, to taste
  • 600g passata sauce
  • 350g store-bought spinach & ricotta ravioli
  • 300g pizza cheese, plus a handful more to leading
  • Parsley, for topping


Method

  • Preheat oven to 180°C.
  • In a bowl, integrate Italian herbs, salt & pepper and passata sauce
  • In a big baking meal, layer ravioli, sauce and cheese. Repeat layering till all ravioli is utilized.
  • Finish with staying handful of pizza cheese to crisp the leading of the bake.
  • Cover the meal with foil and bake for 45 minutes. Remove foil and bake for a evenmore 15 minutes.
  • Sprinkle with parsley and serve.
  • Tip: You can attempt various raviolis like a meat-based one if the kids choose.
