Sugar-Free Jam Pudding

This dish is comparable to a steamed pudding however muchfaster and mucheasier. I’ve made this variation sugar-free however I puton’t believe anybody would mind.
Ingredients
- ¼ cup stevia-sweetened raspberry jam
- 1 cup self-raising flour
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 20g softened butter
- ¾ cup baking monk fruit
- ½ cup milk
- 1 egg
Method
- Preheat oven to 200°C.
- Grease a pie meal really well.
- Place a layer of your picked jam in the bottom of the pie meal.
- Mix all of the other components together and put into the meal.
- Bake for 30 minutes.
- Turn out onto a plate to serve.
- Serve stacked with fresh raspberries and with thick cream.
