Tuna & White Bean Salad

This is a terrific dish if you’re living on a budgetplan and desire to consume something scrumptious every day. It’s low-cost, yummy and simple to make. The mix of white beans and tuna makes for an fantastic light however filling meal.
Ingredients
- 1 bag combined lettuce leaves
- 185g tin tuna
- 1 tin cannellini beans
- 60g container sundried tomatoes plus 4 tablespoon sundried
- tomato oil
- 60g feta
- ½ red onion, veryfinely sliced
- 1 tsp balsamic vinegar
- Juice & enthusiasm 1 lemon
- Salt & pepper, to taste
Method
- In a little bowl, integrate oil, balsamic vinegar, lemon juice and passion, salt and pepper. Set aside.
- In a big serving bowl, scatter lettuce leaves and leading with tuna, beans, sundried tomatoes, feta and red onion.
- Pour dressing equally over the salad and toss well. Serve instantly.
- Tip: Pour dressing uniformly over the salad and toss well. Serve rightaway.
