The San Antonio Spurs hit the prize in the NBA Draft lotto last year, getting the No. 1 choice and picking Victor Wembanyama.
Although it appears there’s not another clear leading choice in this year’s class, non-playoff groups appearance forward to potentially striking gold in the lotterygame.
The NBA modified the lotto in 2019, with the bottom 3 groups having an equivalent 14% possibility of winning the leading choice.
The chances of landing the leading choice reduction all the method down to 0.5% for the group with the 14th-worst record.
