Washington Nationals pitching possibility Cade Cavalli requires Tommy John reconstructive elbow surgicaltreatment and will missouton the 2023 season, basic supervisor Mike Rizzo stated Thursday.
The group launched a declaration from Rizzo stating that an MRI examination revealed that Cavalli sprained his ulnar security ligament.
The right-hander left a spring training start versus the New York Mets after 2 2/3 innings on Tuesday.
