Seattle Seahawks broad receiver DK Metcalf suffered an injury to his patellar tendon however does not requirement surgicaltreatment at this time, coach Pete Carroll stated Monday.
Speaking on his weekly radio program on KIRO-AM on Monday earlymorning, Carroll stated the group got a “great report” about Metcalf after he left Sunday’s win over the Los Angeles Chargers in the veryfirst half. Metcalf appeared to be injure jumping for a catch in the end zone late in the veryfirst quarter and was rightaway ruled out by the group.
X-rays in Los Angeles on Sunday were unfavorable and Metcalf wentthrough extra scans back in Seattle on Monday earlymorning. Carroll stated there is no timeline for Metcalf’s capacity return.
Metcalf had one catch for 12 lawns versus the Chargers priorto getting hurt. For the season, Metcalf has 31 receptions for 418 backyards and 2 goals through 7 videogames.
