World Cup Now: Man of the Match for Uruguay vs. South Korea

Uruguay and South Korea fought to the 4th scoreless draw of the 2022 FIFA World Cup at Education City Stadium on Thursday. That’s 3 more scoreless draws than what we had in the 2018 FIFA World Cup – and we’re simply in the veryfirst leg of group play. 

As both groups battled to make a point each in Group H, “World Cup Now” experts Cobi Jones, Sacha Kljestan and Jimmy Conrad attempted their finest to discover a Man of the Match in a videogame that saw simply one shot on objective.

If that objective hadactually gone in, it would’ve been wonderful for all of us. But, regrettably, it didn’t. 

Conrad: The individuals who enjoyed all 90 minutes

You’re the genuine heroes out there. That was – that was actually difficult to get through. You mostlikely must be thanking Uruguay for making it hard to watch. It’s simply what they do. And normally, they have success with it, however today wasn’t that day. But 0-0 is what they got and now there’s 2 more videogames to play for and shot to get into the next round.
