Walmart President and CEO Doug McMillon utilized his revenues call this week to reveal that the business’s providers haveactually provided on its supply chain sustainability program, Project Gigaton, 6 years ahead of schedule.
Walmart’s providers have now prevented, lowered or sequestered 1 billion metric heaps of greenhouse gas emissions, McMillon informed monetary experts. That’s more than the yearly emissions for all of Germany.
