Coinbase CEO Admits There Are Problems With Broken UX

On Aug. 14 he commented on the impact of ‘Onchain Summer’ was having on the business’s user userinterface and experience.

Onchain Summer is the business’s event of art, culture, videogaming, and neighborhood to promote its recently introduced Base network.

Armstrong stated that the Coinbase Wallet was “farther ahead on this measurement,” however there is still lots of work to do there as well.

He asked for feedback from those with a “UX discomfort point,” however Coinbase is infamously bad at reacting to client problems.

Some reported issues with the wallet and Chrome extension, to which Armstrong responded:

“Connecting mobile wallet to the chrome extension is still undependable for some factor. This bug hasactually been more consistent than I anticipated.”

On Aug. 9, Coinbase revealed “Base Day One,” introducing the layer-2 network to the public. According to the firm, Base mainnet functions more than 100 dApps and service companies in the community.

On Aug. 12, CryptoPotato exposed that early whales were currently investing in Base by bridging possessions to the network.
