WASHINGTON (Reuters) -The U.S. Federal Trade Commission stated Friday it submitted a grievance implicating H&R Block (NYSE:) of stealthily marketing its online tax-filing softwareapplication as complimentary when that is not real for lotsof customers.

The FTC likewise declared the business erased customers’ tax information and needed them to contact consumer service when downgrading to more costeffective items.
