John McCarthy is not going anywhere following PFL’s acquisition of Bellator. However, his function will alter.
McCarthy, a retired veteran fight sports referee who assisted produce the Unified Rules of MMA, will not work as a analyst for PFL or its Bellator-branded occasions. Instead, McCarthy will be assisting the analysts and broadcast group in terms of discussing and clarifying subjects to the public from a guidelines and guidelines viewpoint.
