Feb. 23 (Asia Today) — Democratic Party leader Jung Cheong-rae on Monday proposed formal talks with People Power Party leader Jang Dong-hyuk to seek agreement on a special bill aimed at integrating the cities of Daejeon and South Chungcheong Province.
