Nov 28 (Reuters) – Okta (OKTA.O) stated on Tuesday that hackers took info on all users of its consumer assistance system in a network breach 2 months back.

The San Francisco-based business alerted clients that it hasactually identified hackers downloaded a report consistingof information consistingof names and e-mail addresses of all customers that usage its client assistance system, the business stated in an emailed declaration to Reuters.

Okta’s shares dropped in October after the business stated that the breach permitted some hackers to view files published by specific customers.

“While we do not have direct understanding or proof that this details is being actively madeuseof, we haveactually alerted all our consumers that this file is an increased security threat of phishing and social engineering,” Okta stated.
