If you play in a ballpark with a pool in it, there’s no better place to celebrate a playoff series win.
That’s the case for the Arizona Diamondbacks, who have a pool at Chase Field that’s been the focus for a lot of stuff over the years — a World Baseball Classic Boston Tea Party post, opponents celebrating in said pool, police officers defending it so no opponents celebrated there … you get the idea.
This year, with them taking down the Los Angeles Dodgers in the NLDS, the Diamondbacks ran over to the pool and enjoyed a celebration of their own there. The videos are so good, as are the photos.
