For the veryfirst time in franchise history, the Atlanta Hawks held the No. 1 total choice and chose to take France’s Zaccharie Risacher.
Alex Sarr was chose No. 2 total by the Washington Wizards (as anticipated) while Reed Sheppard rounded out the leading 3 by landing with the Houston Rockets.
So now that the leading of the draft board hasactually been cleared, the next concern is which one of the league’s mostrecent dealswith will win Rookie of the Year for the 2024-25 season.
