According to an alert released Tuesday from the Food and Drug Administration (FDA), the items were offered and dispersed through the following merchants:
- Walmart: Great Value Sliced Strawberries, Great Value Mixed Fruit, and Great Value Antioxidant Blend dispersed to choose Walmart shops in 32 states from Jan. 24 2023 to June 8.
- Costco Wholesale Stores: Rader Farms Organic Fresh Start Smoothie Blend dispersed to Costco Wholesale shops in Colorado, Texas, California, and Arizona from Oct. 3rd, 2022 through June 8
- HEB: Rader Farms Organic Berry Trio dispersed to HEB shops in Texas from July 18t2022 to June 8.
