Last week, it was reported that the Los Angeles Lakers asked the Milwaukee Bucks for authorization to interview Darvin Ham, one of their assistant coaches.
It was a bit of out-of-the-box thinking by the Lakers, who haveactually been implicated of sticking too close to their household circle when looking for prospects for head coach and front workplace tasks.
Ham is definitely an appealing prospect, as he has served under Mike Budenholzer for 4 years now and was a part of Milwaukee’s NBA champion team last year.
But Lakers fans shouldn’t get too delighted about the possibility of Ham directing LeBron James and Anthony Davis any time quickly, as the Charlotte Hornets apparently have a strong desire to hire him.
