LOUISVILLE, Ky. — Louisville Mayor Greg Fischer was punched Saturday night at the homeentertainment and retail complex Fourth Street Live!, a representative with the mayor’s workplace stated.

Fischer “is doing great,” according to a declaration from Jessica Wethington, director of interactions for Fischer’s workplace. Louisville Metro Police is examining the occurrence.

LMPD hasactually launched pictures of the individual they think punched Fischer. That individual has not been determined.

Craig Greenberg, the Democratic prospect in Louisville’s mayoral race, tweeted in action to the event on Saturday night. 

“Tonight my ideas are with the Mayor and his household. Whoever is accountable for this attack requires to turn themselves in. We cannot resolve our disagreements with violence,” he stated.
