House Speaker Kevin McCarthy, R-Calif., rebuked declares from a Russian pressreporter that he does not assistance sendingout help to Ukraine throughout a press conference in Israel Monday.
A pressreporter from Russia began a concern by mentioning the California agent does not assistance “unlimited and unrestrained” products of weapons and help to Ukraine. He then asked McCarthy if U.S. policy on sendingout weapons to Ukraine will alter.
“Did he state I puton’t assistance help for Ukraine?” McCarthy reacted. “No, I vote for help for Ukraine. I assistance help for Ukraine. I do not assistance what your nation hasactually done to Ukraine. I do not assistance your killing of the kids either.”
McCarthy is in the Middle East leading a bipartisan congressional delegation to celebrate Israel’s 75th anniversary of self-reliance. He endedupbeing the 2nd U.S. speaker to provide remarks priorto the Israeli Knesset, the nationwide legislature of Israel, on Monday.
