Ohio State didn’t figure to have a hard time with a 1-7 Northwestern group on Saturday in Evanston.

Then Mother Nature steppedin.

With rain and winds that reached 50 milesperhour, it took upuntil late in the 4th quarter for the Buckeyes to salt away a 21-7 success over the Wildcats, who came in 38-point underdogs.

The conditions were so bad that Heisman Trophy preferred C.J. Stroud had more running backyards than passing.

Thanks to sacks, Stroud came into the videogame with 19 brings for -4 lawns. He had a career-high 79 hurrying lawns with 76 passing lawns.
