Renowned home utilized to movie ‘A Christmas Story’ is up for sale in Cleveland

This is a plot twist even Ralphie didn’t see coming.

The renowned “A Christmas Story” House in Cleveland is up for sale.

The setting for the cherished vacation motionpicture hasactually been changed into a museum and a bed and breakfast in current years.

Film enthusiast Brian Jones, who bought the home for $150,000 on eBay in 2004, revealed Monday that he is putting the imaginary house of Ralphie Parker, along with the Bumpus House next door, a museum/gift store throughout the street and some other close-by lots up for sale.

A big for sale indication is currently up outside of the house that comes total with a “frageelay” leg light in the front window.

Jones has invested 10s of thousands over the years to bringback the house and the surrounding homes to how they appeared in the 1983 film that was shot in and around Cleveland.

Who’s selling the ‘Christmas Story’ house?

The house’s sale is being managed by Hoff & Leigh genuine estate and no rate tag of what Jones hopes to get for the house and the surrounding residentialorcommercialproperties hasactually been revealed.

There is a site for the listing of the house and surrounding residentialorcommercialproperties. “The whole school is for sale,” according to the site.

The wellknown home was developed in 1895 and opened for public trips in 2006 and bringsin some 75,000 visitors yearly.
