Islam Makhachev states Alexander Volkanovski’s group oughtto’ve neverever permitted him to make a fast turn-around vs. Ilia Topuria.
Less than 4 months after getting knocked out by light-weight champ Makhachev at UFC 294 this past October, Volkanovski (26-4 MMA, 13-3 UFC) protected his featherweight title versus unbeaten Topuria at UFC 298 in February.
Unfortunately for Volkanovski, he was knocked out in Round 2, and now discovers himself sitting on back-to-back ruthless blockage losses. Makhachev points the finger at Volkanovski’s group for letting him complete onceagain so quickly.
