TIRANA, Albania — Albanian opposition legislators interferedwith the Parliament’s session onceagain on Monday to demonstration what they state is significantly authoritarian guideline by the governing Socialists.
Democratic legislators lit flares and stacked chairs on top of each other in the middle of the hall the minute Prime Minister Edi Rama took his seat to vote on next year’s budgetplan. A cordon of bodyguards stopped opposition legislators from getting near the seats of the Cabinet.
