Nearly 2 months after the end of the 148-day authors strike, the Writers Guild of America West (WGAW) is taking on Amazon over a number of stalled series.
The guild hasactually implicated the banner of breaking its agreement after it emerged that Amazon Studios has yet to reconvene authors spaces for anumberof reveals that were currently underway before the work interruption earlier this year.
In a declaration offered to Deadline, the guild stated: “WGAW hasactually alerted Amazon Studios that their failure to recommence a number of composing spaces after the strike is a infraction of the Strike Termination Agreement (STA) inbetween the WGA and AMPTP and Article 7 of the MBA.
