Luque’s eight knockout victories in UFC welterweight competition are tied with Thiago Alves and Li Jingliang for second-most in divisional history behind Brown (13).

Buckley is one of five fighters in UFC history to earn a knockout stemming from a spinning back kick to the head, which he did at UFC on ESPN+ 37. Renan Barao, Uriah Hall, Natalia Silva and Magomed Mustafaev also accomplished the feat.

Chris Weidman

Chris Weidman (15-7 MMA, 11-7 UFC) is 1-4 in his past five fights dating back to November 2018. He hasn’t earned a victory since August 2020.

Weidman became the first male fighter in UFC history to win a championship with an undefeated record and go on to successfully defend the belt more than once when he defeated Machida at UFC 175.

Weidman has completed at least one takedown in 16 of his 18 UFC appearances.

Weidman’s 42 takedowns landed in UFC middleweight competition are most in divisional history.

Chidi Njokuani (22-10 MMA, 2-3 UFC) moves down to the welterweight division after spending his previous five UFC appearances at middleweight.

Njokuani’s three-fight losing skid is the longest of his career. He hasn’t earned a victory since May 2021.

Njokuani’s 16-second victory at UFC Fight Night 200 marked the second-fastest debut in UFC middleweight history behind Marc Weir’s 10-second win at UFC 38.

Nate Landwehr

Nate Landwehr (17-5 MMA, 4-3 UFC) defends 86.4 percent of all opponent takedown attempts in UFC featherweight competition, the third-highest rate among active fighters in the weight class behind Calvin Kattar (91.3 percent) and Sean Woodson (91.1 percent).

Jamall Emmers (20-7 MMA, 3-3 UFC) has alternated wins and losses over his past seven fights. He earned a victory in his most recent bout at UFC 295 in November.

Loopy Godinez

Loopy Godinez (12-3 MMA, 7-3 UFC) became the first female in history to win four UFC fights in a calendar year in 2023.

Godinez holds the modern-era record for shortest time between three UFC appearances at 42 days. She competed on Oct. 9, Oct. 16 and Nov. 20 of 2021.

Godinez’s six-fight UFC winning streak at strawweight is tied with Tatiana Suarez for the longest active streak in the division.

Godinez has landed 26 takedowns in UFC strawweight competition, the third-most in divisional history behind Carla Esparza (45) and Claudia Gadelha (36).

Godinez lands 60.5 percent of her takedown attempts in UFC strawweight competition, the second-best rate in divisional history behind Suarez (65.8 percent).

Julio Arce

Julio Arce (18-6 MMA, 5-4 UFC) returns to the featherweight division for the first time since November 2019. He went 202 during his stint at bantamweight.

Arce has alternated wins and losses over his past eight fights. He was defeated in his most recent bout at UFC 281 in November 2022.

Arce defends 67.2 percent of all opponent significant strike attempts in UFC featherweight competition, the best rate among active fighters in the weight class.

Ibo Aslan

Ibo Aslan (12-1 MMA, 0-0 UFC) has earned all 12 of his career victories by stoppage. He’s finished 11 of those wins in Round 1.

Anton Turkalj (8-3 MMA, 0-3 UFC) has suffered three consecutive losses after starting his career 8-0.
