Cantonese Braised Pork

Use PEARL RIVER BRIDGE (PRB) Superior Light Soy Sauce as a dipping sauce with your preferred Asian treats, or include it to stir-fries.



Ingredients

  • 500g marble pork, peeled
  • 2 pcs star anise
  • 2 pcs aromatic leaves
  • 130g PRB Golden Label Superior Light Soy Sauce
  • 100g PRB Kwangtung Cooking Wine
  • 86g sugar
  • 3g peanut butter
  • 400g water


Method

  • Boil the pork for 15 minutes.
  • Fry the star anise and aromatic leaves in a pan, include all the flavoring products.
  • Add pork and braise for 45 minutes on a low heat, then turn up the heat upuntil the sauce is sticky.
