The London organization revealed last week that it had sacked a member of personnel after treasures were reported “missing, taken or harmed”. A Met Police spokesperson informed BBC News: “A guy hasactually been talkedto by examining officers. “No arrests haveactually been made. We have worked carefully with the British Museum and will continue to do so.” The British Museum would not remark on the male being questioned.
