SEATTLE — Telling executives to “strive moredifficult,” hundreds of business Amazon employees objected what they decried as the business’s absence of development on environment objectives and an inequitable return-to-office required throughout a lunchbreak presentation at its Seattle headoffice Wednesday.
The demonstration came a week after Amazon’s yearly investor conference and a month after a policy took result returning employees to the workplace 3 days per week. Previously, group leaders were enabled to figureout how their charges worked.
The workers shouted their dissatisfaction with the rate of the business’s efforts to decrease its carbon footprint — “Emissions climbingup, time to act” — and advised Amazon to return authority to group leaders when it comes to work area.
