The 57-year-old revealed the news on his Virgin Radio program on Monday, advising others to get themselves inspected. He informed listeners he was checked for the illness after his “angel” of a masseur discovered “a mark” on his shin and that it hadactually been “caught as early as possible”. It comes 8 years after the previous BBC Radio 1 and Radio 2 broadcaster was offered the all-clear listbelow a prostate cancer scare. “I’ve simply got to talk briefly about my biopsy for the skin cancer problem,” he stated. “So the finest news that I got whilst I was away is that it was a favorable test, so I haveactually evaluated favorable for skin cancer. “Obviously muchbetter news would haveactually been [that it was] unfavorable.
