EVERETT, Wash. — A legal fight over a gown code for swimsuit baristas at coffee stands is ending after a city north of Seattle concurred to pay $500,000 to the owner and staffmembers who tooklegalactionagainst over it 6 years earlier.

The Everett City Council voted all this week to license Mayor Cassie Franklin to indication the settlement contract with Jovanna Edge and staffmembers, The Daily Herald reported.
