LOUISVILLE, Ky. — A suit submitted Wednesday in federal court declares carelessness by CSX Transportation triggered a train derailment and takingplace chemical fire that required locals of a little Kentucky town out of their homes for more than a day, consistingof most of Thanksgiving.
