LOS ANGELES – Two longtime associates of Beach Boys co-founder Brian Wilson haveactually petitioned a court, at his household’s request, to location him under a conservatorship, stating the artist is notable to care for himself following his partner’s death in January. The petition, submitted on Wednesday in Los Angeles County Superior Court, asks that the pop music legend’s publicist-manager, Jean Sievers, and his service supervisor, LeeAnn Hard, be selected “co-conservators of his individual”. The possessions of the 81-year-old singer-songwriter’s estate are currently held in trust, according to the petition. An accompanying statement submitted by a doctor, Dr Stephen Marmer, states that Wilson suffers from a “major neurocognitive condition” and is taking a medication for treatment of dementia. The physician stated Wilson doesnothave the capability to provide notified approval to any type of medical treatment.
