Prosecutors in Italy are examining the captain of the superyacht that sank throughout a storm off Sicily last week, killing 7 individuals, on possible charges consistingof murder, his legalrepresentative stated.

James Cutfield, a 51-year-old New Zealander, was being examined for possible murder and shipwreck, legalrepresentative Aldo Mordiglia stated on Monday.
