CHICAGO — Illinois Gov. J.B. Pritzker hasactually signed a law prohibiting guns marketing that authorities identify produces a public security risk or appeals to kids, militants or others who may lateron usage the weapons unlawfully — opening the door for claims versus guns makers or suppliers.
Pritzker on Saturday signed the Firearm Industry Responsibility Act, making Illinois the 8th state to authorize legislation that rolls back legal securities for guns producers or suppliers. The legislation comes after the mostdangerous 6 months of mass killings
