Hewlett Packard Enterprise is purchasing Juniper Networks in an all-cash offer valued at about $14 billion, which is preparedfor to double HPE’s networking company.

Shares of both business increased before the market open on Wednesday. A Wall Street Journal report about a prospective offer saw Juniper’s stock rise 22% and HPE’s stock dip 9% before an authorities statement was made.
